What: Coordinated photo sessions

When: Thursday July 24th, all day, in 30-min segments

The Details: We’re working together to make it easy for you to get the photos you need but can’t find the time to schedule! Robert Christopher Photography will have a “photo” day with Velocity Trade Exchange at the Nussbaum Center for VTE Members, VIP Members, and VTE friends at a reduced rate.

VTE Member Discounted Rate: 100% trade - $25.00 per finished image you select, or $60 for three finished images (multiple shots will be taken and you choose which images you want to receive final, edited versions of). *Note: Rates listed are for basic photographic services; for group shots or complex product shots contact Robert at (336) 340-4064 for a quote.

Non-VTE Member Costs: $30 per finished image you select, or $70 for three finished images (multiple shots will be taken and you choose which images you want to receive final, edited versions of). *Note: Rates listed are for basic photographic services; for group shots or complex product shots contact Robert at (336) 340-4064 for a quote.

Session Length: Sessions will be scheduled in 30-minute increments. VTE members receive priority for available sessions, provided they respond by the VTE preference cutoff date. As much as possible, we would like to schedule session blocks by style preferences (see below) to minimize the time required to change out equipment.

Picture Rights: You will own the rights to the finished images you select and will receive the final digital files within approximately a week to two weeks of the shoot.

Payments: Reservations require pre-payment of one image per 30-minute session. Additional image selections must be paid for the day of the shoot (you will be permitted to browse the raw images at the end of your session(s) to choose your selection(s)). Payments may be made on trade through VTE, cash, check or credit card. *Note: Due to the nature of this offer, cancellations will only be refunded with a 48-hr notice, provided we are able to fill your confirmed timeslot.

Photo style options:

• Outdoor shots: The property around the Nussbaum Center has some nice garden areas for those who desire outdoor shots. Outdoor shots must be scheduled first thing in the morning or early evening due to the heat and lighting. Neither VTE nor Robert Christopher Photography can control the weather. Due to the nature of this offer, those preferring outdoor shots will need to switch to one of the other options in the event of inclement weather. We are not able to offer refunds due to weather issues.
  
  
• Photos against a white background: This is often the best option for advertising purposes as your graphics person will have the ability to adjust the “white background” to match other background(s) - best suited for multiple purposes.
  
  
• Product shots for retail items: Bring in the products you need photos of to update your website / marketing materials and let Robert Christopher Photography do the rest!

How to participate: Simply e-mail or call our office with the following information. **Note: VTE Members & VIP Members need to respond by July 10th to receive priority scheduling times over non-members.

• Preferred photo style
• Top four preferred times, in order by preference.
• Times you will NOT be available.
• Best way to reach you for confirmations and reminders.
• We will confirm your time before locking it in and processing the payment.
