Velocity Trade Exchange Membership 2009 Pricing*

New Members have two primary pricing decisions to make:

1.Do you want to maximize your buying / selling potential?
Through NATE (National Association of Trade Exchanges), VTE has access to over 50,000 businesses throughout the US and Canada via other trade exchanges. This access significantly increases our chances of finding what members need at a great price. In addition, for members who offer products or services they'd like to be able to sell outside of the local territory, a "National Membership" expands their sales audience. On the other hand, some business owners will be able to sufficiently meet their needs through local offerings and sales opportunities that VTE can provide directly. If a business does not need the nationwide options and exposure, VTE provides the lower-priced option of the "Local Only Membership."

2. Are you willing to guarantee their cash fees with a credit card?
The "Easy Pay" option provides members with a strong discount for guaranteeing payment with a credit card. The time we save by reducing the time spent administrating the payment process each month allows us to spend more time finding new members who meet your individual needs.

Membership Option 1 - Local Only Membership with Easy Pay:

(**Most Popular**) Member can buy / sell locally, with up to two transactions annually with reciprocal trade exchanges nationwide. Member has the option to send a check by within 10-days of the invoice date; after an additional 5-day grace period, member authorizes VTE to charge the fees to the credit card on file.
• One Time Setup fee --- $200 cash, T$75 (trade)*
• $10 Monthly Accounting Fee (waived for 30-days of membership)*
• Local trade transaction - commission / brokerage fee: 5% of total sale
• National trade transaction - commission / brokerage fee: 8% of total sale

Membership Option 2 - Local Only Membership with Bill Pay:

Member can buy / sell locally, with up to two transactions annually with reciprocal trade exchanges nationwide. Member will send a check to cover monthly fees without a credit card guarantee. Account will be temporarily suspended if fees are not paid within 30-days.
• One Time Setup fee --- $200 cash, T$75 (trade)*
• $20 Monthly Accounting Fee (waived for 30-days of membership)*
• Local trade transaction - commission / brokerage fee: 5% of total sale
• National trade transaction - commission / brokerage fee: 8% of total sale

Membership Option 3 - National Membership with Easy Pay:

Member can buy / sell locally, as well as with members of reciprocal trade exchanges nationwide. Member has the option to send a check by within 10-days of the invoice date; after an additional 5-day grace period, member authorizes VTE to charge the fees to the credit card on file.
• One Time Setup fee --- $275 cash, T$75 (trade)*
• $15 Monthly Accounting Fee (waived for 30-days of membership)*
• Local trade transaction - commission / brokerage fee: 5% of total sale
• National trade transaction - commission / brokerage fee: 7% of total sale

Membership Option 4 - National Membership with Bill Pay:

Member can buy / sell locally, as well as with members of reciprocal trade exchanges nationwide. Member will send a check to cover monthly fees without a credit card guarantee. Account will be temporarily suspended if fees are not paid within 30- days.
• One Time Setup fee --- $275 cash, T$75 (trade)*
• $30 Monthly Accounting Fee (waived for 30-days of membership)*)
• Local trade transaction - commission / brokerage fee: 5% of total sale
• National trade transaction - commission / brokerage fee: 7% of total sale

*Prices are subject to change at the discretion of VTE. Setup fees for additional businesses owned will be $50 per additional directory listing. Monthly accounting fees apply per primary account (multiple DBA’s sharing a primary account pay a single monthly fee. If separate business accounts are required for the same owner, the monthly accounting fee will be charged per business account. Personal subaccounts are available at no additional charge).

Note: Members of Triad area Chambers of Commerce and / or the Greensboro Merchant’s Association (GMA) will receive an advertising credit of T$60 towards the advertising package of their choosing upon joining VTE.
